*Tree House on Mill Street is two-story, with first-floor access to all main living areas including one bedroom and main bathroom. Laundry facilities are situated on the lower level. Two additional bedrooms, bath and loft area are located on the second-story.

**Although the Tree House on Mill Street is pet-friendly, the house has a very small yard that is NOT fenced, and it is recommended that dogs be walked to the local park (4 blocks away).
